Wikipedia is getting absolutely ridiculous when it comes to coach firings/player signings. If you want to be a reliable source, let these things be modified as soon as they happen. It is beyond rare for insiders like Adam Schefter and Ian Rappaport to be wrong - not to mention ESPN confirming it as well.
