Holiday

[edit]

Does dat rolling occur if payment date is a business day or a holiday. In the introductory descripion, holiday is used, but in the description table business day is used.

I think it shall be holiday all the way through.

Could some one clean up and be precise regarding holiday versus business day. And please make a wiki link to Business day and/or Holiday --Jarl Friis 14:26, 30 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

Date rolling occurs when payment date is holyday, article definition is correct.
Wiki links added. --MicioGeremia (talk) 13:16, 2 July 2011 (UTC)Reply

In which markets is the Actual convention used?

[edit]

The `Actual` convention prescribes that the payments on non-business days are not rolled. In which markets is the Actual convention used? I think it is relevant to answer this question because it seems strange that payments be done on a non-business day and because other lists of business conventions that I have seen do not include the `Actual` convention. No comprehensive list is needed. One example would be enough. Rodolfoaoviedoh (talk) 21:48, 25 July 2023 (UTC)Reply
