I was wondering what are your future plans for the previously occupied Hawthorne Mall in the city of Hawthorne, CA. I was informed that you are the owner of the property. I recently read an article about a mall that was converted into condos/apartments. This mall has been vacant for a very long time and would be an ideal site for an apartment complex.
