Date and cause of death undetermined
[edit]According to an article posted at Philly.com on August 24, 2015,
"Dan was found dead in his apartment in Wynnewood on Thursday after friends had not heard from him for a few days.
"His brother, Zach, said Dan had suffered an accident, but the Montgomery County Medical Examiner's Office said the cause of death would not be determined for several weeks, pending tests."
So, even the date of his death is uncertain. The only thing that appears certain is that the place of death was Wynnewood, Pennsylvania. — QuicksilverT @ 14:56, 25 August 2015 (UTC)
- The notice of his death at the Tomlinson Funeral Home site gives his date of birth as January 25, 1981 and date of death of August 20, 2015. No place of birth or death mentioned. That's about as good as it gets, for now, pending a report from the coroner's office; the official date of death may change. — QuicksilverT @ 14:54, 2 September 2015 (UTC)
