[edit]I recon there's no need for this article. A mention of damping torque in the damping article would be sufficient as this is just one niche application of the concept of damping to indicator design. The article is also poorly written to the extent where it is likely quite a bit of content is copied and pasted from a variety of questionably-credible websites. - Agreed. There could be an article under this somewhere, but it could also be covered by some expansion to damping. The content here, as it is, is indeed awful. Andy Dingley (talk) 21:21, 22 April 2025 (UTC)
