I had to make a slight correction, since several plot points later indicate that at the end of the show the real Agent Cooper is not possessed by Bob. He has either been killed by his Doppleganger or remains in the Lodge as a prisoner.

Is there really a correlation between being an introvert and having an interest in mythology? Enlighten me.Evangeline83 (talk) 18:17, 6 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

Image:Kyle MacLachlan Twin Peaks.jpg in danger of deletion

[edit]

This is an FYI, if the regular editors of this article desire to keep this image, or want to replace it. I originally uploaded it over two years ago. It was just tagged as lacking a fair use rationale and proper source information, and notices for such were placed on my talk page, but not, I note, on this talk page. The tagger also failed to give an edit summary when putting the speedy deletion notice in this article's usage of that image. This is not a subject I am involved with at this point, but I thought those who are would want proper notice so they can act accordingly. Cheers, Postdlf (talk) 06:36, 19 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

Dictaphone?

[edit]

Wouldn't Dale's recording device be more accurately described as a microcassette recorder? A Dictaphone usually has a hand-held microphone and is a piece of office equipment, as opposed to something very lightweight and portable. His microcassette recorder looks almost identical to the Olympus Pearlcorder that I own (and which I christened "Diane"). 45750born (talk) 19:46, 14 November 2008 (UTC)Reply

Dale's Religion

[edit]

As a Unitarian, I am flattered to share something with Dale Cooper. But where is this explicitly stated? If he went to Haverford, wouldn't we be led to believe that he is a Friend (Quaker)? 45750born (talk) 19:47, 14 November 2008 (UTC)Reply

Driving forces for Dale Cooper

[edit]

There are places throughout this article that make speculations as to what motivates Agent Dale Cooper's actions and habits. The article should assume a more objective stance and state the facts rather than assume anything about him that is not explicitly stated. For instance, it is unfair to assume Cooper's interest in mythology and supernatural elements makes him an introvert. Focused, perhaps, is a better word.

There are also some weird sentences that could use restructuring. I plan to revisit these edits to make some of these adjustments, however, I'd like to take the time to rewatch the show first.
