Number 25 vs Model 25

[edit]

Most original and all current daisy 25's are stamped with "Number 25", besides a few models from the 1960's I believe. The name listed on daisy's website, and on make ting have it listed as "Model 25", although like i mentioned they are still stamped as "number 25" on the top of the receiver, as well as this was the original name. Thinking that either the title should be changed, or that it should be mentioned in the article. I don't have any sources, but you can find some pictures of the stamping on the gun online from collectors.

Just an idea though, since a lot of people don't seem to know.  Preceding unsigned comment added by 2001:1970:5D56:C800:390D:F379:54A4:61D2 (talk) 22:27, 21 November 2018 (UTC)Reply
