The recipe

[edit]

I removed this recipe from the article,

Dahi recipe -

Ingredients:
1 litre Milk
1 table spoon curd (yogurt)

Method:
1. Boil the milk.
2. After boiling let it cool down a bit to a warm temperature.
3. In a cup take some of this warm milk and add the curd and stir it well. Add this mixture to whole milk.
4. Place it in a warm place for 5-6 hours. During this period do not move the container. It may take longer in cold climate.

5. After curd is set, put the container in refrigerator.

Perhaps someone would want to stick it into the wikipedia cookbook? I looked over at the Indian Cuisine section, but have no idea what category Dahi counts as. Eirein 08:53, 26 November 2006 (UTC)Reply
