OK, so the page hasnt been formatted properly and obviously copying and pasting a list of release from discogs isnt exactly allowed, but to say an artist with a discography spanning 15 years isnt notable compared to some of the nobodies with pages on here is a bit silly: http://www.discogs.com/artist/DJ+Freak
Its the artist himself trying to create/edit the page, give him the info he needs to sort this rather than slapping a removal notice on it.
