consensus to merge ~ oklopfer (💬) 17:17, 8 December 2025 (UTC)Reply

I've merged several pages related to DEVS into this article. Most of these pages had been tagged for a very long time (since 2012) as "Likely not notable enough" and "Too technical for most readers to understand". Additionally, they were all written by the same author, closely connected to the subject.

I agree with this assessment, that most of these pages wouldn't have independently met the notability criteria for being standalone.

As a result of the merge, a lot of cleanup would be needed in this article. I've done a first attempt, but it will also require a lot of technical rewriting that will go beyond my capabilities on this topic, so I will leave this to someone else 7804j (talk) 08:40, 13 April 2025 (UTC)Reply

7804j, I see you also tagged Event segment to propose a merger into DEVS. It's been up there for several months now without any objection, do you still think they should be merged? If so, it should be fine to carry out the merge. Thebiguglyalien (talk) 🛸 21:30, 14 November 2025 (UTC)Reply
Yes, I still think they should be merged but I didn't proceed with the merge because I'm unsure how to best combine the content. For the other articles I merged, it was more straightforward, but this one is slightly more complex 7804j (talk) 08:10, 15 November 2025 (UTC)Reply
