Infobox Edits

Demand to lock the article

"Over 200 countries worldwide"?

This article claims twice that DAZN streams in over 200 countries worldwide. But are there even that many countries in the world? List of sovereign states says there's only 193. Even if you include the disputed territories it's 205. That would mean DAZN has to be streaming pretty much everywhere in the world - even places like North Korea and Somaliland. That claim doesn't seem to make sense. – numbermaniac 09:01, 27 December 2024 (UTC)

Splitting proposal

I think that the "Programming" section is pretty big, especially with the table format, that it should be its own list article, even though some programming is unreferenced. MarcusAbacus (talk) 09:35, 13 January 2026 (UTC)

Agreed - it's probably very difficult to keep on track of what programming is current and what's expired, and what those rights cover. For example, the NBA rights in Spain, Belgium et al aren't unrestricted - they don't have live rights for either the playoffs or the finals, so it's to a degree (unintentionally) misleading about what's broadcast, and that isn't great for a reference tool or for fans trying to find where they can watch. There is also the fact that like most other streaming services, content may vary depending on the country. I think the tables should only cover programming which DAZN has the exclusive worldwide rights to. Any region or country-specific rights can be kept if it involves the home country. The article is already at over 170,000 bytes, which may be attributed to the tables, so it could be done regardless of a split. MarcusAbacus (talk) 14:33, 17 June 2026 (UTC)
