[edit]Article was copied, word for word nearly, from DARPA website -- I assume there's no permissions problem?
From the site: "The DARPA ITO Web Site is provided as a public service by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency". That would seem to make it pretty clear that it's a government work, and therefore ineligible for copyright. --LDC
- it still is plagiarism (unless DARPA actually wrote this wikipedia article... but then, it still has the appearance of plagiarism) and bad manners. the author could instead use a lot of block quoting and paraphrasing, and it would be much nicer in my humble opinion.
- It should at least be converted to past tense, since it is no longer active.Mcswell (talk) 21:15, 28 March 2017 (UTC)
