In the English language there are a some ways of expressing something with slight or more serious difference in its meaning,
depending on the speaker/writer and the context, nomenclature, society etc

So, what is the difference between:
Customer Equity and Customer's equity ?

Customer's Equity, having the Possessive Genitive case, means rather a possession/acquisition of equity by the customer/buyer, than a possession of the customer/buyer goodwill etc by the seller.
