Curtilage in Scottish Law

It might be worth adding to this article, if there be someone with the necessary legal knowledge, reference to curtilage as included within the Land Refom Act (Scotland) 2003 with respect to the "right to roam" across land beyond the strict limits of public rights of way.Jamjarface (talk) 13:17, 26 October 2012 (UTC)Reply
