Counter-claim

[edit]

I think this is an important and interesting page; but I also think it needed another point of view, as well as a cross reference and sources. I hope this makes the article more solid, as well as no longer an "orphan."Calitalia (talk) 10:22, 6 February 2008 (UTC)calitaliaReply

Propose name change: American Culinary Revolution

[edit]

The current title of this page is "Culinary revolution." While that may often be the simple phrasing of it, I think it should be changed to "American Culinary Revolution." This makes the article more specific to the actual topic. There are in fact other so-called culinary revolutions in time and throughout the world, but I think this article should stay specific to the American Culinary Revolution, as it is a topic to itself at length, and should not be confused or run into others.--Calitalia (talk) 20:54, 9 February 2008 (UTC)CalitaliaReply
