I don't know the answer off the top of my head and some research would be in order to clarify what Cubatabaco still is in charge of, as opposed to what Habanos SA does now. For example the trademark litigation seems to be handled by Cubatabaco and production and distribution by Habanos SA, but cigar types, tobacco blends, the tobacco itself, etc. may be under the jurisdiction of Habanos. Shouldn't be too difficult to expand on this entry if someone wanted to do the research. AKAJack 20:09, 24 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

I see that as well. I looked at a few references and there was quite a trademark dispute. The references differed with some saying "ownership" and others saying "distributorship." Anyone with a little more knowledge of the company should be able to lead the article in the right direction. Unfortunately, that is not me. --CNMall41 (talk) 04:27, 4 January 2017 (UTC)Reply
