Usually blogs are not good references. I thought to keep this one, not sure what other editors think. This is a quote from a newspaper article about this blog "She received a grant from the Wellington City Council's Creative Communities fund. Hours were spent trawling through archives at the Alexander Turnbull Library and reading history books, resulting in a series of transmedia artworks, which were displayed during the Fringe Festival... The Cuba St Project won the best visual/digital art award at the Fringe Festival Awards. Cuba Street, Wellington → Cuba Street – no other 'Cuba Street' exists on Wikipedia and it is pointless to make readers go to a disambiguation to either come here or be told we don't have an article. All other articles with 'Cuba Street' are just subtopics of this street Traumnovelle (talk) 08:24, 25 October 2025 (UTC)

Progress with improvements

I just found this story . You perhaps have seen it. The story of an "unofficial" mayor of Cuba Street being annointed by the family of the predecessor is quite quirky and could be an interesting addition to the article._Marshelec (talk) 08:30, 22 May 2026 (UTC)
