This Spanish-language name is wrong written. Spanish doesn’t follow and doesn’t need to follow the capital English-language standard for artwork titles. The name should be changed in order to follow the Real Academia Española criteria for book, music and other artwork titles. Ergo, Cuarto Azul should be changed and referred to as Cuarto azul when using the name, thus using the proper Spanish-language standards. Angeliiitoaf16 (talk) 23:02, 17 April 2026 (UTC)Reply
Per English Wikipedia's naming conventions at WP:TITLE and WP:SENTENCECASE, article titles are based on English Wikipedia style, not the capitalization rules of the source language or another language Wikipedia.
For albums, songs, books, and similar works, Wikipedia generally uses sentence case unless there is a strong reason to preserve stylization or proper-name capitalization. This applies even when the original title is in Spanish. The fact that Spanish-language sources or Spanish Wikipedia capitalize it differently does not control naming here.
This is not based on personal preference, but on English Wikipedia policy and long-standing MOS practice. If there is consensus that the title should be treated differently due to official stylization or reliable-source usage, that can be discussed on the article talk page with sources.
