Check the Wikipedia pages on disambiguation. The band itself claims it got its name from the cartoon She-Ra: Princess of Power (I find no way to verify this is actually how they got their name, given their ages and the brief life of the cartoon). AFAIK, that cartoon derived ITS term from the video game Crystal Castles (1983). It should either link to the 1983 Video Game or (probably more appropriate) a disambiguation page. Especially given the fact that Wikipedia claims it wants to be(!) family-friendly (and children read this, though they really shouldn't be using it) and this band's music is (how do I put this nicely when I don't want to?) really messed up. —Preceding unsigned comment added by WholeInWon (talk • contribs) 04:40, 15 November 2019 (UTC)Reply

Seeing as the band gained newfound popularity with Gen Z on social media, should it possibly be mentioned? Many of their famous and less famous songs have picked up popularity on platforms like Tiktok, possibly bringing the music to it's peak popularity even compared to when the band was active ChenV99 (talk) 10:26, 28 January 2024 (UTC)Reply

I don't know anyone personally but just the whole first section on history formation/alice practice sounds completely jive. Wasn't glass in the crustpunk scene? So meeting a 25yo in a local band guy when she was 15 isn't that weird. Especially because she was a vocalist in a Vancouver Punk band before Crystal Castles too. Alice Practice was recorded in 2003 and that puts her as 18 (based on her birthdate) as to when they started working together.
