Hatnote to Crew resource management

I added a {{Distinguish}} hatnote because I was looking for Crew resource management but searching for "crew management" brought me to this page. But I'm unsure

if this is confusing enough for other readers to require a hatnote ?
Would a different template (for example, {{about}}) fit the situation better?
