The picture on the right side does depict some mixed Louisiana cuisine, being French (Cajun), Spanish, and Creole style, in presentation. What is shown on the plate is "not" a "Crawfish pie" (French style) as shown on the left, nor a serving from it, but is indicative of a Spanish style Empanadas that is sometimes referred to as the Natchitoches meat pie.
