Merge from counter ion

Should be Cation or Anion
[edit]This is not a commonly used term. This should explain that "counterion" means anion or cation, depending on charge Skepticalgiraffe (talk) 16:01, 18 April 2019 (UTC)
"Chlorine ion"?
[edit]I think that it should say "chloride" instead of "chlorine".
