Past tense

[edit]

Seems a bit unusual to have card game rules written in the past tense like this, when they seem to be complete (and I could presumably play a game of it myself, right now, in the present tense!). Is there a good style guide reason for this, or is it just echoing the source you were working from, User:Bermicourt? --Lord Belbury (talk) 18:09, 29 March 2021 (UTC)Reply

No, I just felt as it was an extinct game, so it made sense to write in past tense. But both those premises could be challenged I guess. I'm not precious about it. Bermicourt (talk) 18:58, 29 March 2021 (UTC)Reply
