Legislative assembly "predecessors" and "successors"

[edit]

This may be a general problem when legislative districts are renumbered, but the 66th assembly district that Mason represented is in the downtown of the city of Racine, while the 66th assembly district represented by Samantha Kerkman is in a different county. The area Mason represented was previously represented by Robert L. Turner. The confusion extends to the articles on Turner and Kerkman. In cases where redistricting/renumbering leads to little or no overlap between districts with the same number, it may be preferable to leave out a predecessor/successor, and to put in something like "Redrawn".
