Suggestions
[edit]I think that there should be something about:
1. the advent of hedge-funds, splitting up corporations and
2. the difference between effects of diversification (which an investor could do himself) and real added value
To my best knowledge these are drivers for outsourcing at this moment, whereas arguments of scale are driving mergers. The trade of is thus: merges between companies with the same core business. Joostw 14:22, 26 September 2006 (UTC)
