I think the behavior described is for DOS and/or Windows, but the supported OS/shells is very long. I do not think that the 'copy' command in all those environments have the behavior described in the article. I think the list of shells/OSs happen to have a command named 'copy' that copies files, and that the command detailed behavior described is for one of those environments. I don't know how to fix this since I don't know what the copy command does in each listed environment. Stevebroshar (talk) 04:20, 15 May 2025 (UTC)Reply
