Merger proposal

The Sentinel (satellite) article is a stub and most of its content is already included in Copernicus Programme#Sentinel missions. My proposal is to move any relevant info and referrnces from the stand-alone Sentinel page and replace it with a redirect to the Sentinel section of the Copernicus Programme article.
