Is anyone aware of the differences of the CLTD method used between the 1993 and 1997 version of the ASHRAE Fundamentals Handbook? According to CEDEnginereing, "For strictly manual cooling load calculation method, the most practical to use is the CLTD/SCL/CLF method as described in the 1997 ASHRAE Fundamentals. This method, although not optimum, will yield the most conservative results based on peak load values to be used in sizing equipment." Link to document here.
