Other keyboard layouts
[edit]I guess the backslash usage is specific to a US keyboard layout. What about other keyboard layouts? --Abdull 16:52, 15 April 2007 (UTC)
- Do you have a keyboard layout in mind that does not include the backslash key? All of those listed in the keyboard layout article have one. — Loadmaster (talk) 17:07, 9 February 2008 (UTC)
- Mine (Swedish) sure has a backslash, but I need to press Alt Gr + '+' in order to type it, and since Alt Gr appears to be basically Ctrl + Alt, this probably messes up the Ctrl + '\' stroke. And every Emacs version I've tried so far has used Ctrl + '_' for undo, not Ctrl + '\'... /85.229.218.38 (talk) 11:05, 26 March 2009 (UTC)
