History error?
[edit]This section says the practice is only a few decades old, but inside contracting describes it taking place around the time of the Industrial Revolution. -- Beland (talk) 02:50, 24 March 2008 (UTC)
- In the spirt of be bold, I just went ahead and removed that above section. No contributions to the article by me prior. I just felt there was no need for the quality tag, and likewise no need for the speculative history and dubious citation. --204.75.141.3 (talk) 21:12, 19 February 2011 (UTC)
Effects of taxation
