When I created this page, I found surprisingly few secondary sources, considering this was a publicly available database for two decades. Further, the sources I was finding were brief and largely just quoted the primary sources. How much is the subject database actually used? Nevertheless, I decided to go ahead and create the page, because the database's predecessor, the Household Products Database, is cited numerous times in Wikipedia.

I did find one secondary source that may provide a critical review, however all I have is the abstract. Anyone who has full access, please look at it, and if appropriate use it to replace some of my sources.
