Can't understand this

A variation of a nutated feed makes the feed move in a small circle, rapidly and continuously changing the pointing direction of the beam. In this latter type, neither the feed nor the antenna revolves around the pointing axis of the antenna; only the pointing direction changes, tracing out a narrow cone.
I cannot make out what this is saying. It says "feed move in a small circle" and then "neither the feed nor the antenna revolves". It would seem that these two statements cannot both be correct. Perhaps you have an illustration somewhere? Maury Markowitz (talk) 16:35, 2 March 2020 (UTC)

Sorry to confuse. If you point with your finger, and trace the letter "O", your finger does not revolve. Also true of iirc the Cutler feed, which I think this was/is. Nikevich 15:45, 6 October 2020 (UTC)
