Someone needs to fix the diagram so that it shows curves that correspond to the equation. (You could fix the equation to match the diagram, but then it wouldn't match the reference. Mathematical constant?

Why is it included in category mathematical constants when it is not a constant (like π, e, γ, …)? It is a number that can take any value. Too late to fix the name, but name does not a constant make.

oblate elliptical (K > 0)?
