I left the following feedback for the creator/future reviewers while reviewing this article: Hi, I made a significant modification to your article "Conflict Observatory". Most of the "Reports" section is lifted nearly verbatim from the HRL's website, and it could be considered plagiarism, even though you cite the source. So I turned much of the section into explicit quotes. I can easily understand if you think I butchered the article by doing this, and you may want to change what I've done, but I think you need to either make it clear that the text was taken from that website (which is what I tried to do), or reword the sentences so that you are not directly quoting the website..
