angular momentum
[edit]does a CSF really have to be an eigenfunction of the angular momentum operator? you have CSFs also in molecules, where in general the Hamiltonian does not have common eigenfunctions with the angular momentum operator.FelixP (talk) 20:09, 23 March 2009 (UTC)
citations for genealogical algorithm section?
[edit]Trying to find resources for this section, and came across detailedpedia.com, which on first glance this entire page duplicated. https://detailedpedia.com/wiki-Configuration_state_function For the veterans here, is this a Wikimedia project?
Also unsure where the information came from for the algorithm section. Quantum chemistry isn't my specialty, so if anyone has any source suggestions I'm happy to come back and help with edits and citations.
