Should the Kingdom of the Netherlands deserve a honorable mention
[edit]The Kingdom of the Netherlands is in a de jure sense a constitutional union between the Netherlands, Aruba, Curaçao, and Sint Maarten and this union while very obviously not being a full on confederation does have a few characteristics that are confederation-like so I feel like it should at least have an honorable mention but have a note with it to explain the political nature of the state Gavfor (talk) 20:59, 8 November 2024 (UTC)
- If you can find a reliable (ideally academic) source that describes the Kingdom of the Netherlands as a confederation, or at least confederation like, feel free to include it within the article. CitrusHemlock 22:27, 8 November 2024 (UTC)

Chechnya
[edit]I’m not totally sure, however I feel like Chechnya shows some signs of de-facto confederacy. It has something of its own military, and it was able to except itself from draft in 2022. Drafting in Chechnya happened in its own accord. It also has a sort of foreign relations of its own. It’s definitely not a Confederate entity however I believe it shows some confederate properties despite being economically tied to Russia. Would it be worth mentioning? 47.229.144.239 (talk) 03:01, 14 September 2025 (UTC)
