Owner-in-Common vs Separate Ownership
[edit]I have reverted a change by @Unspecious which replicated a prior change. I have also removed citations to blog.onlineed.com.
The change reflected a US-centric view, where there is a concept of a co-op building. In other places like Hong Kong there is fractional ownership of the building. There may be some room to discuss whether the word condominium applies in contexts where there is co-ownership of the entire building, but the lede is not that place IMHO.
This is the third time this user has cited to that blog, https://blog.onlineed.com/. @Unspecious may I ask if you have a connection to this blog? A previous question about conflict of interest has gone unresponded-to on your webpage Oblivy (talk) 00:40, 29 June 2026 (UTC)
