This is clearly a promotional piece
[edit]The article literally contains a link to a page where you can buy densifier. I don't know what the appropriate corrections are, though. Pseudo(Avicenna) (talk) 04:49, 9 January 2025 (UTC)
Full Rewrite for Neutrality and Technical Scope
[edit]Hi all,
I have just submitted a full rewrite of the article to address longstanding concerns about promotional bias and limited scope. The original version centered almost entirely on one product (Ashford Formula) and included purchase links, which had been flagged previously.
The new version:
- Retains historical context around Ashford Formula
- Expands coverage to include modern densifier chemistries (lithium silicate, colloidal silica, etc.)
- Adds application method comparisons (traditional vs. newer pre-catalyzed products)
- Cites relevant ASTM standards (C944, C805, C1028)
- Adds primary source data from SINAK LithoHard and UL SPOT
- Keeps original category and metadata structure intact
All edits were made with neutrality, technical accuracy, and notability in mind. I’m happy to collaborate on sourcing or refinement going forward.
Thanks! — Asire3000 (talk) 16:28, 8 May 2025 (UTC)
- Your version was blatant advertising and AI Slop, so I was forced to revert it. MrOllie (talk) 16:09, 15 April 2026 (UTC)
