I'm guessing this is worth a short article:

  • range of transportation schemes
  • tour-followers (such as the Dead are famous for) or whatever they're called
  • roadies
  • tour/album tie-in
  • Craft service/backstage meal
  • venue selection (as i rewrote at Tour's Dab, "series of performances in different markets". But these are not necessarily the same as media markets.)

but i can't even write a decent stub.

Not just concerts

[edit]

"Tour" also applies to theatre and other performing arts; choruses, dance troupes, etc.; "Tour" probably needs an article in that context.Chidom talk  19:16, 2 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

Yes, but a concert tour is only of concerts. Perhaps Tour (performance) or Touring (performance). -Acjelen 20:10, 2 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

Proposed merge with Tour security

[edit]

Tour security could be merged here as it seems an appropriate relevant content addition if properly referenced, not too lengthy Atlantic306 (talk) 19:47, 28 April 2019 (UTC)Reply
