What is the definition of a computon?

I read this article and the PDF link it refers to, but I don't see any numeric definition of a computon as a unit. The general discussion is nice, but a precise definition should be here if somebody can find it. For example, a watt can be described generally as a unit that measures the time rate of energy use or production, but is precisely defined as one joule per second.
