Missing concept/detail

[edit]

Shouldn't this page (or a separate) include a description of cross-complaint? I'm a business law student just trying further research the topic, but I find nothing about it here. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 129.123.156.64 (talk) 18:07, 8 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

Globalize

[edit]

The US isn't the only jurisdiction where civil actions are initiated by a complaint. I believe that Canada and Australia use the same terminology (at least), and although I'm pretty sure that the terminology in England and Wales is different, there should be something on this page to describe the equivalent initial pleading. [edit]

This article erroneously includes complaint as an example of accusation by police/authorities when complaints are in fact accusations filed by victims in courts. See Talk:Law#reporting_of_an_offense for more confusion on related topics. --Espoo (talk) 05:35, 30 December 2020 (UTC)Reply

Contact in regards of a Target URL in the "References" section

[edit]

I contact you on behalf of Isaacs and Isaacs Law Firm regarding a Target URL in the "References" section posted on your article. The firm changed the Domain Name of the website and I would like to know if it is possible to change the Target URL in the "References" section of this article? Because the Target URL it is not available anymore and makes that reference in the article irrelevant.

You will find it as " "1. Legal Complaint - Very Simple Definitions - Lawyer Terms". isaacsandisaacs.com. Retrieved 21 March 2018." and here the Target URL and website domain name that need to be changed.

Here is the new Target URL: https://wewin.com/glossary/complaint/ And the Domain name is wewin.com not isaacsandisaacs.com anymore.

Kindly wait for your reply. Thank you very much!
