Could be more accurate about modern day Colvill

The article designates Colvill as an "extinct townsite" and "ghost town", and although that may be the official designation, the site is not completely uninhabited today. There are signs on highway 61 marking the town, an active Colvill Fire Department, and several resorts located there. There's not much there, but the article makes it sound like the area is completely abandoned.
