Three Judges Cases → Collegium system or Collegium system (India) – A simple Google search suggests that collegium system is much more popular than Three Judge cases. Recently Collegium system has also generated a lot of political controversy . This article should be developed accordingly, and Three Judge cases should be moved to the "History" subsection. Weak Support Normally wary of titles which consist of very common terms, as they can be a bit vague. "Collegium" is a common term, so I would prefer "Collegium System (India)". But in either case, preferable to "three Judges Cases". Also, I am not sure it should be capitalized. This is not a proper name and scoping around, it is usually lower-case, so it should at least be "Collegium system" here. Walrasiad (talk) 17:11, 23 May 2023 (UTC)Reply
