Data Management Oversight Role

Merge proposal
[edit]I propose merging Good clinical data management practice into Clinical data management. I think the content in 'Good clinical data management practice' is a sub topic of this article, as a standard alone article will not grow from being a stub and is not particularly notable, and merging them would not cause any article-size or weighting problems.
