“recharging batteries”

The article says that the 11th train had stopped to “recharge its batteries” after applying the emergency brake. This doesn’t make sense. Batteries are not used for braking, and the inline citations say nothing about recharging or batteries.

The C151’s emergency brake uses pneumatic pressure (viz. Electronically controlled pneumatic brakes), so it’s more plausible that the air pressure needed to be recharged, not the batteries.

As an aside, there's quite a lot of content in this article that needs Template:Citation needed...
