Articles in the English Wikipedia are named according to policies and guidelines. The former recommends using the most common English name in reliable sources. There are three of those: hatkora, shatkora, and Citrus macroptera. The latter suggest using the scientific name except for plants of agricultural or horticultural importance when there is a single widely used name (lemon being an example).
This plant does not have a single name in English, it has three. The policy and guideline referenced above suggest that it should be at Citrus macroptera, since neither of the common names is clearly the overwhelming choice of English speakers. It doesn't matter that "hatkora" is "correct"; unlike "lemon", it's clearly not the only commonly used name in English reliable sources.
