Position in Elmisaurinae not found by the paper

Although it does recover Citipes as the sister taxon of Elmisaurus, the paper describing Citipes does not assign it to Elmisaurinae, but instead to Caenagnathinae. It seems in this paper that Elmisaurinae and Caenagnathinae are defined differently from the usage seen on Wikipedia. So what do we do about this?
