Just giving a first sketch on the Citilab not just as an organization but as a new way of promoting the values of digital technology culture. It is a community and not a company.
As it is now the article is sketchy and may not give the impression of the whole importance of what is behind Citilab.
I left purposively so in order to let the wider community to contribute their information, giving the whole set of reason why this is an valuable article to be completed.
