Light bulb icon I took a look at GoogleBooks, and "Churromania" actually gets a number of hits. If you can add a few footnotes to actual serious published books (either food history, restaurant biz, etc), that will greatly strengthen the article. We're really just about ready now, but for the long-term credibility of the article you really want just a few more distinct sources. Note that if you find a fact/statement in a GoogleBook you want to use, you can just copy the URL in your address bar at the top of your browser, and paste it into http://reftag.appspot.com and it will automatically turn it into a nice clean Wikipedia footnote for you. So pick a few examples of serious books which comment on Churromania and its impact/career, add them as footnotes, and we should be ready to publish.
