• Everything looks to be appropriately cited to WP:RS with no obvious plagiarism.
• It's not strictly required by WP:GACR, but a map showing the location of the church would be helpful. At the very least, provide a street address (I had to go look it up to see where it was). A photo of the church would likewise be a nice addition (see WP:RP)

  • Verified, but fie on whatever combination of software created the PDFs made it impossible to search for words like hoography and liu by typing "photography" or "albizu" into the search box. Or even Jly (July)!

Reading Sanchez 2007 reminded me of the 1970 Lincoln Hospital takeover, which I was previously aware of, but didn't make the connection that it was the same group until reading Sanchez. It might be pushing the limits of WP:GACR6 ("Broad in its coverage") a little, but I think this article deserves a brief mention of Lincoln Hospital and some of the other activities of the New York Young Lords to put this event in context.

Added the following section: In the ensuing years, the Young Lords continued to engage in building occupations to address community needs. Buildings occupied included the Metropolitan Hospital Center in East Harlem, which they occupied in December 1969, and Lincoln Hospital in the South Bronx, which they occupied first in July 1970 and again in November 1970. OK, everything on my spot-check list verifies, or at least close enough, but please go back and double-check the issue with whether the press conferences were inside or outside the church and make the appropriate updates. Thanks! I did get the wrong person for the quote, so thank you for catching that. As for where the press conference took place, it does say "in", though I swear I've seen footage of the press conferences taking place outside the church. I amended it to "at." If I had to guess, outside is more likely. If I was holding a press conference seeking publicity for my protest, I'd certainly do it on the church steps rather than inside :-)
